MomentumOps

I build the systems between interest and revenue.

Booking, follow-up, websites, product campaigns, and voice operations, presented as one continuous field note.

Booking system

Your calendar should stay open after the front desk closes.

I built branded booking pages with availability rules, calendar coordination, confirmations, and a clear path to reschedule.

Built for salons, med spas, clinics, fitness studios, consultants, repair teams, and enterprise service departments.

Illustrative US benchmark scenario

The cost of one empty appointment is already measurable.

$6,456

scheduled visit value exposed per month

245 visits / month 5% no-show rate $527 spend / visit

Scheduled value, not recovered revenue. This combines national med-spa benchmarks and is an illustration, not a forecast.

Business automations

The follow-up nobody should have to remember.

I build private operating sequences around the moments where work is usually delayed, repeated, or forgotten. The names describe the result, not the machinery.

01

Fast Lead Response

A new enquiry is acknowledged, classified, and placed in front of the right person while the intent is still fresh.

02

Missed Call Recovery

An unanswered caller receives a useful response and the team receives the context needed to continue.

03

Receivables Follow-Up

Open invoices move through a measured reminder sequence, with exceptions raised for a person to review.

04

Review Request

A completed job starts a timed feedback request while the experience is still recent.

05

Customer Reactivation

Past customers are grouped by recency and invited back with a message that matches the earlier relationship.

06

Launch Monitoring

A live launch is watched for changes, responses, and exceptions that need a human decision.

These are operating patterns and theoretical benchmark scenarios. They are not published client outcomes.

Why the sequence matters

Delay has a balance sheet and a clock.

59%

of surveyed US businesses had invoices overdue by at least 30 days.

2026 survey
$17.7K

was the average amount owed among businesses waiting on unpaid invoices.

2026 survey
5 min

The classic 2007 lead-response study reported 100x higher contact odds and 21x higher qualification odds at five minutes versus thirty.

Odds, not revenue

VoxPilot

A working front door, not a brochure.

I built VoxPilot as a live marketing site with a working enquiry path. Finished pages arrive quickly, submissions are checked before forwarding, success and failure stay visible, and consent choices remain explicit.

AI product ad shoots

A product can carry a campaign before the first sentence is read.

I develop product-focused stills and motion, then prepare reusable formats for campaign placements.

  1. 01Define the product truth
  2. 02Plan a reusable shot system
  3. 03Create still and motion variations
  4. 04Prepare final campaign formats

Voice agents

When the phone rings, the business is already being judged.

I built the operating layer around voice agents: call-routing controls, guardrails, spend limits, alerts, and safe pausing.

That layer matters wherever inbound calls are urgent, high value, or difficult to staff across every hour.

HVAC Plumbing Roofing Clinics Property management Support desks Multi-location operations

The work shown here is the control and safety layer. It does not claim that the existing project itself answers or books a call.

Illustrative US benchmark scenario

A missed call carries the value of the job it might have become.

$846

weekly repair value exposed

10 qualified calls 18% unanswered 39% typical booking $1,205 repair / job

Gross repair value before margin and costs. This models a ten-call week with US benchmarks. It is not a forecast and does not assume every missed call is recovered.

18%weekday calls unanswered
41%weekend calls unanswered

Collaboration

Let's build the next system together.

Start with a client project or a partnership. A useful first message names the operating problem, how often it appears, and what a better handoff would change.

Client project

A defined system for a real operating problem and the people who run it.

Partnership

Bring a client, a specialist skill, or a strong operating problem. Together we can work toward a world-class system that stays useful in daily operations.
