This site sets no analytics cookie, advertising cookie, or tracking pixel. The hosting provider may keep ordinary request logs such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access under its own retention policy.

When you use the collaboration form

The form prepares an email in the email application on your device. MomentumOps does not receive or store the form fields unless you choose to send that email. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox then process the message under their own terms.

Email conversations

Messages are used to respond, evaluate a possible client project or partnership, and carry out work you agree to. Contact details are not sold or added to a marketing list.

Work carried out for clients

A commissioned system may work with information controlled by the client. That work is governed by its written agreement and is not stored on this portfolio site.

How long anything is kept

Email is kept while the conversation or engagement remains useful. You can ask for your correspondence to be deleted when it is no longer required for an active agreement or a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing startwithleo@gmail.com.

Changes

If a direct form processor, analytics service, or other data collection is added, this page will be updated before that change is published.
